At Stine Goya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period from the day you receive your order. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags still attached.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure shipping box, ensuring the return form is included inside.
Attach the Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original shipment or downloaded from our portal to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
